On behalf of the Angolan Executive and on my own, I have the honor to congratulate Your Highness, the People and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on the celebration of the fiftieth (50th) anniversary of your Country’s foundation.
On this date, I would like to express to Your Highness our appreciation for the progress achieved by the United Arab Emirates in these five decades of its recent history, during which your Country was able to become, in a short span of time, a global reference of modernity and successful achievements on economic, social, technical and technological fields.
I take this opportunity to express our satisfaction with the high level of the cooperation relations existing between our two Countries, which, I am convinced, will be continually deepened due to the common interest expressed in the multiple contacts that our two Governments have been maintaining on a regular basis.
