PRESIDENT OF ANGOLA PARTICIPATED AT SOCIAL EVENT ON SUSTAINABILITY WEEK

On Monday night, the day on which the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week began, the President of the Republic of Angola and the First Lady participated in a social act in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, as part of the program to welcome the numerous delegations invited to the high-level event dedicated to the Environment. The presidential couple was accompanied by the other members of the official Angolan delegation, which mainly includes ministers with a focus on Climate and Environment issues, such as Energy and Water, Environment and Natural Resources, Oil and Gas. The opportunity served to get closer to the local gastronomy and its musical manifestations, as the photographic images in this publication refer to. Tomorrow, Tuesday, is the day reserved for the participation of President João Lourenço in the debates of the Sustainability Week, and he should be part of a panel that will discuss how to transform Africa into a clean energy factory. With the Angolan Head of State will be the Presidents of Zambia, Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya.
